Baby / Toddler girls dress, perfect for twirling with adjustable straps that tie in a bow. Each strap is adorned with cotton tassels. Please note that children under 3 should be supervised while wearing dress in case the tassels could become a choking hazard. Back of dress is shirred with elastic thread making it stretchy and more form fitting.

Dress Sizing (approximate lengths). First measurement is taking from where the straps rest on the shoulders to the hem. Second measurement is taken from the top of the bodice (at neckline) to hem.

Size 6-12 months: 17.75" (16.25")
Size 1-2 years: 18.5" (16.75")
Size 2-3 years: 19.75" (17.5")
Size 3-4 years: 21.5" (19.25")
